stupid atm mechaine n maybank
isit bad luck going to me???
though i din work i have a nice off day but then 2day after i pay my phone bill n going to atm mechaine to withdraw money
after i out my atm card there show me ask to wait....k fine is normal cz u know m'sia technology is quit lousy...after few second the mechaine suddenly restart again i was WTF...my card still inside.n i wait teh pc to loading wait for few minute feel that got prob so i decide go to maybank there n ask how to settle
the employee is nice to me n help me call to customer service n ask them...n the malay ask me to report to Alliance Bank(my atm's card) talk about my prob n call them to stop n they will inform maybank to take ur card out....isit really need alot step...js clal u guys take it out..is a easy job.
n i dunno y m'sia everytime need alot of step to prove n do this n that.
nvm i call to my sis n get the alliance bank customer servuce num.once i get it i call but no ppl answer wat the bad service.2.15pm still lucnh time.
still cant get the call n i decide to ikano cz there got alliance bank.though can settle at there but tehn they call me go back my branch that i register.
finally i go my branch here to settle it some more need to pay rm12 for the ugly card.other wise pay rm8 to wait them help u to take it out n send to the branch u register...is damn 9 ma fan i rather pay rm12 to settle as soon as possible.
i tell them is stuck in the mechaine is not my fault wat but they consider is lost atm card...wth
