1st of all, u must have confident.
since u have lots of working experience, i think tats not a problem.
then to have better English u must talk a lot, next time we talk in english in skol la XD.
to solve the problem, think it everythings is ur problem 1st, find out wat wrong wit u 1st, then oni think about others ppl wrong.
If wan to have good hadling in relationship, jz bcum like me XD
